Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to nsc2023@komum.is – NOTE cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from komum conferences.
Cancellations before 1 May 2023 will receive a full refund less ISK 10.000 administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 1 May 2023, but changes can be made at any time.
- The service fee for all changes is ISK 4.500
- Cost for name change ISK 5.000
Accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 72 hours before the arrival date (3 working days). Neither the organizing committee nor komum conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.
Early fee is valid until 15 March 2023
Normal fee is valid from 16 March 2023 to 15 May 2023
Late fee is valid from 16 May 2023
